International Day of Persons with Disabilities
We are really excited to invite you to join us at the Christchurch celebrations of International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
Disability Leadership Canterbury is collaborating with Disabled Persons Assembly NZ - DPA, Whānau Whanake and Hei Whakapiki Mauri to host a morning of fun and activities for disabled people, families, tangata whaikaha Māori, whānau, and aiga.
The purpose of the event is community. To provide opportunity for people to come together after a challenging few years.
Minister Poto Williams will be joining us for the celebration, and to hear from our community about what is important to us. She will be joining us at about 11am.
When: 10.30am – 12.30pm, Saturday December 3
Where: Dallington Landing, Gayhurst Road, Dallington, Christchurch.
