Thank you New Zealand Lottery Grants Board | Te Puna Tahua

A huge mihi to The New Zealand Lottery Grants Board who have provided Disability Leadership Canterbury (Earthquake Disability Leadership Group Trust)  with funding under the Lottery COVID-19 Community Wellbeing Fund. We could not be more grateful.

The Lottery COVID-19 Community Wellbeing Fund provides one-off grants for community or social initiatives that increase the strength and resilience of communities that are responding to the impacts of COVID-19. This grant will enable us to continue our important mahi to support our network of disabled whānau through the ongoing challenges of the pandemic.
COVID-19 further emphasised the need for the voices of disabled people and whānau to be heard. Receiving this grant will enable us to continue working with the disability community to champion and develop access and wellbeing solutions that benefit us all.

We want to express our gratitude and say thank you to the New Zealand Lottery Grants Board | Te Puna Tahua and the panel involved in the decision to support our organisation’s vision of creating an accessible and inclusive Canterbury for Every Body.
